Finance & Accounts Executive – Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance & Accounts Executive, your role will include the following responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:
Review and validate vendor invoices ensuring alignment with Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs). -
Supplier Payments:
Reconcile supplier accounts and manage timely payment cycles. -
General Ledger Scrutiny:
Perform regular checks on account balances, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in related GL accounts. -
Supporting Schedules:
Maintain internal trackers and support the month-end closing process. -
VAT Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with VAT documentation requirements and assist in preparing FTA audit files.
Skills & Qualifications Required
