In this pivotal role, you will support the Duty Manager in coordinating daily shop floor operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Shop Supervisor, you will lead by example, motivating your team to achieve daily sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. Your core duties will include:

Operational Leadership: Assist the Duty Manager in organizing daily shift requirements, including staffing, cash handling, and stock management, to maximize sales and ensure strict adherence to company policies.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels closely, address discrepancies with relevant parties, and prevent stock shrinkage from exceeding budget limits.

Workflow Management: Execute daily shift priorities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Team Training: Conduct hands-on, on-the-job training for new sales staff to elevate their customer service skills and deep product knowledge.

Compliance & Integrity: Facilitate random, daily spot checks on tills (ASH) to uphold the company’s high standards of honesty and integrity.

Seamless Transitions: Coordinate comprehensive shift handover briefings covering daily tasks, store conditions, sales targets, and operational challenges.

Store Standards: Complete rigorous closing procedures, ensuring tills, stock conditions, and visual merchandising meet strict visual standards.

Customer & Transaction Management: Handle sales returns, authorize employee discounts within limits, and manage void slips according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Guest Experience: Address customer feedback proactively. Resolve complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to management for continuous improvement.

Promotional Briefings: Communicate daily with the sales team regarding special promotions and new product launches to ensure maximum retail readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School qualification is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in retail or customer service.

Inventory Skills: A proven track record and direct hands-on experience in daily stock and retail inventory management.

Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to handle complex operational issues and negotiate effectively.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the travel retail or luxury shopping industry is highly preferred.
