Role Profile and Primary Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Picker, you will be the backbone of our daily order fulfillment operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition, and on time. Your daily duties will include:

Accurate Order Fulfillment: Pick orders with precision by scanning items individually using our advanced warehouse management systems.

Quality Assurance: Perform stringent quality control checks on all picked items to guarantee they meet our premium retail standards before they are dispatched.

Inventory Compliance: Ensure that all picked goods strictly conform to the company’s expiry date policy, protecting our customers and brand reputation.

Stock Management: Verify and immediately confirm Out of Stock (OOS) items with the section-in-charge to maintain accurate digital inventory levels.

Team Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback to fellow pickers if incorrect items are selected or if product quality falls below our required standards.

Warehouse Organization: Ensure the put-away area remains clean, safe, and highly organized. Move all unused storage crates and trolleys back to their designated storage areas.

System Troubleshooting: Proactively report any operational anomalies directly to your line manager. This includes identifying wrong product images, incorrect warehouse locations, or technical issues with the picking software.

Barcode Verification: Ensure all put-away locations, shelves, and crates have visible, scannable barcodes to streamline the entire operations process.

Product Maintenance: Maintain all goods in their proper respective areas, ensuring they are kept in optimal shape and protected from damage.
Qualifications and Requirements
