Purpose of the Role
The Sales Assistant is the face of our luxury retail experience. Your primary purpose is to maximize sales at every available opportunity while ensuring that global travelers receive the absolute highest level of customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable shopping experiences by effectively understanding customer needs, demonstrating product value, and maintaining the flawless visual standards of our dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maximize daily sales by utilizing the 10 best-selling techniques, identifying every opportunity to complimentary sell or appropriately substitute products.

Proactively acknowledge, approach, and warmly welcome customers to establish their specific retail needs and wants.

Present, demonstrate, and confidently sell merchandise using the F.A.B. (Features, Advantages, and Benefits) methodology.

Ensure the boutique or shop floor is fully merchandised according to strict departmental layouts and visual guidelines.

Maintain fully stocked shelves at all times, displaying products in a manner that visually maximizes the selling opportunity.

Seamlessly introduce customers to other departments and product ranges after fulfilling their initial requests.

Provide agile support across any section of the duty-free shop that may be experiencing high passenger traffic or operational pressure.

Make a continuous, measurable effort to drive the best possible sales results for your assigned department.
Requirements – Experience and Education

For Experienced Candidates: A High School Qualification with a minimum of 1 year of job-related retail or customer service experience.

For Fresh Graduates: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification is required if the candidate has no prior job-related work experience.

Communication Skills: Highly effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are strictly mandatory.

Interpersonal Abilities: Confident, polite, and strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse, international customer base.

Professional Conduct: Must behave in a business-like manner, demonstrating high integrity, approachability, and the utmost respect for all customers while on duty.
