Key Responsibilities
As a Till Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your duties include:
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Processing cash, credit cards, traveler’s cheques, and digital payments.
- Maintaining accurate cash floats throughout each shift.
- Securing cash, documents, and company assets.
- Handling customer transactions quickly and professionally.
- Providing outstanding customer service to passengers.
- Resolving customer concerns politely and efficiently.
- Reporting security issues to supervisors immediately.
- Maintaining confidentiality of company information.
- Helping reduce cash shortages and preventing theft.
- Following all company retail and security procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
